90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360 comes with two guarantees for customer satisfaction. The first is a 90-day money-back guarantee, which allows customers to return the product for a replacement or refund if they are not completely satisfied with their purchase. This guarantee requires proof of purchase and refunds will not include processing and handling fees.

The second guarantee is a 1-year replacement guarantee, which covers any issues with the product or component parts not performing as expected. This guarantee only applies to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. If a customer experiences an issue within one year of purchase, they can return the product or component part for a replacement with a new, functionally equivalent product or part. The original proof of purchase is required, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the appliance. If a replacement appliance is issued, the guarantee coverage ends six months after the receipt of the replacement appliance or the remainder of the existing guarantee, whichever is later. Empower Brands, LLC reserves the right to replace the appliance with a product of equal or greater value.

If you wish to request a replacement or refund under the 90-day money-back guarantee, you may use your order number as the return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Simply return the product to the address provided below, and you will receive a replacement with no additional processing or handling fees, or a refund of the purchase price, less processing and handling. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
